About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial record-keeping activities. The role involves maintaining books of accounts, handling accounting entries and reconciliations, supporting statutory compliance, and preparing reports and documentation required for smooth financial operations.
This opportunity is suitable for professionals with practical accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and good working knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and day-to-day accounting records.
• Record and verify invoices, expenses, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Manage GST and TDS-related accounting and documentation.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements and periodic accounting reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and accounting requirements.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and maintained on time.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Practical understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Noida.
