- Perform electrical validation and compliance validation activities. - Support Ethernet compliance testing and validation. - Execute test procedures and review test results against applicable specifications. - Analyse failures, investigate deviations, and support root-cause analysis. - Document test evidence, observations, defects, and validation reports. - Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and verify corrective actions. - Support retesting and validation closure in accordance with project requirements.

- Relevant hands-on experience in electrical validation. - Practical experience in compliance validation. - Ethernet compliance validation experience is a key requirement. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to document technical findings and communicate validation results. - Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore. - Education and experience must meet the confirmed requirements for the applicable engineering grade. - Candidates should be able to discuss their individual technical contributions and relevant validation projects.
