Firmware Developer – OpenBMC, Power Management & Memory

- Develop, maintain, debug, and validate firmware components relevant to the assigned project. - Work on OpenBMC, power management, or memory-related firmware based on project requirements. - Investigate firmware defects and system-level issues through structured debugging and root-cause analysis. - Collaborate with hardware, platform, validation, and software engineering teams. - Analyse logs, test results, and technical evidence to identify and resolve issues. - Document implementation details, debugging findings, fixes, and test outcomes. - Support firmware integration, testing, and issue resolution throughout the development lifecycle.

- Hands-on firmware development experience relevant to embedded or platform engineering. - Practical knowledge of OpenBMC, power management, or memory-related firmware. - Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to explain firmware projects, technical implementation, individual ownership, and issue-resolution experience. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams. - Relevant engineering qualification consistent with the confirmed client requirements. - Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore. - Experience expectations will depend on the assigned engineering grade and must be validated against the detailed client JD.
