Must Have: 1. Very Strong in Core Java. Should be able to demonstrate the programming skill to address typical core java-based coding problems – Typically String Mutability, Collection Framework, Concurrence & Multi-Threading will be the area of focus. 2. Any proposed candidate should demonstrate their problem-solving skill analytically and be able to explain why any solution is implemented than what part. 3. The application is Spring MVC application with some usage of Kafka. Microservice & AWS is not being used at least in the current application stack. So, familiarity with Spring MVC along with Hibernate would be helpful for this engagement. 4. As data base is Oracle so any proposed profile should be comfortable. Good to Have: 1. Very Strong in Core Java. Strong programming and coding skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Spring MVC and Hibernate experience. Experience with Kafka. Comfortable working with Oracle database. React JS knowledge is good to have. Microservices and Spring Boot knowledge is good to have. All core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC and microservices skills mentioned in the requirement should be proficient where applicable.
