Multi-Skilled Technician (MST)

About the Role We are looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Technicians (MST) to handle routine and breakdown maintenance across electrical, plumbing, and civil disciplines. The role involves conducting inspections, preventive maintenance, and supporting smooth day-to-day facility operations. This role is suited for technicians with practical experience across multiple maintenance disciplines and the ability to troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance activities effectively.

• Execute routine and breakdown maintenance across electrical, plumbing, and civil disciplines. • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities. • Ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations. • Coordinate with vendors and report technical issues to the supervisor. • Maintain proper records of maintenance activities.

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant trade. • 2–5 years of experience in facility management services. • Working knowledge of multiple technical domains, including electrical, plumbing, and civil. • Good problem-solving and coordination skills. • Candidate must have their own bike. • Willingness to work in a field-based role.
