Relationship Officer - Home Loan (RO-HL)

Join a leading Small Finance Bank as a Relationship Officer – Home Loan (RO-HL). You will acquire quality Home Loan customers through direct market sourcing (DST), following the Bank's processes and policies while building lasting customer relationships. We are hiring across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad and Raipur, with 120 openings in total. Interviews are Walk-In or Virtual (video call), depending on the branch. This is a full-time role in the Assets department involving direct market sourcing (DST) and regular monitoring visits, reporting to the Sales Manager. Final salary depends on your years of experience and last CTC. Documents to carry for the interview: Aadhaar and PAN card; latest 3 months' pay slips or latest increment letter; offer letter of your current organisation; experience letter and relieving letter of your previous organisation (copies).

• Source loan clients in line with the business plan and targets. • Create and maintain strict credit discipline and ensure zero default in recovery. • Monitor the loan portfolio through loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits. • Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures and practices. • Keep accurate and timely records and reports. • Understand customer needs and respond to queries and issues to ensure satisfaction. • Complete loan contracts by explaining provisions to the applicant, obtaining signatures and notarization, and collecting fees.

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory). • Minimum 1 year of experience in Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan / secured loan, in direct market sourcing (DST), with a proper relieving letter. • Must understand HL products, documentation and the sourcing mechanism, and be currently working in these products with exposure to affordable Housing Loan. • Age up to 32 years. • Valid driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory. • Candidate must be from the nearby location of the branch (local candidates only). • CIBIL score of 700 or above. • Candidates with Personal Loan, Credit Card or unsecured loan backgrounds, and freshers, are not eligible.
