Relationship Officer - Home Loan (RO-HL)

Join a leading housing finance company as a Relationship Officer – Home Loan (RO-HL). You will support sales and customer acquisition for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products, generating leads through field activities and references and helping customers through documentation to disbursement. We are hiring across 85 branch locations in Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi NCR, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, with 5 openings per branch. This is a full-time role. Business is sourced through DST (Direct Selling Team), Connector Network and DSA (Direct Selling Associates). Selection process: telephonic round followed by a face-to-face round.

• Support sales activities and customer acquisition initiatives. • Generate leads through field activities and references. • Assist customers with documentation and the application process. • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead records. • Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing and disbursement. • Achieve assigned sales and sourcing targets.

• Graduate in any discipline (bachelor's degree mandatory). • Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales in Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance or Financial Services. • Age up to 32 years. • Valid driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory. • Candidate must be from the nearby location of the branch (local candidates only). • CIBIL score of 700 or above. • Preferred: strong sales and business development experience, good communication, MS Office, analytical and problem-solving ability, and customer relationship management skills.
