The selected candidates will be responsible for customer acquisition, generating housing loan leads through direct market sourcing, developing customer relationships and coordinating loan applications through the processing and disbursement stages. Candidates with relevant experience in Housing Loans, Mortgage Loans and Affordable Housing Finance are encouraged to apply.

1. Generate housing loan leads through direct market sourcing and field activities. 2. Acquire new customers and achieve assigned business acquisition targets. 3. Identify prospective customers interested in Housing Loans and Mortgage Loans. 4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, property dealers, builders and local market networks. 5. Understand housing loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation and sourcing processes. 6. Collect and verify customer information and required loan documents. 7. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement. 8. Explain loan products, terms and documentation requirements to customers. 9. Maintain accurate records of sourced applications and customer interactions. 10. Conduct loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits. 11. Maintain credit discipline and support portfolio quality. 12. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and applicable requirements.

**Educational Qualification** - Graduation in any discipline is mandatory. **Experience** - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Housing Loans, Mortgage Loans or secured lending. - Experience in Direct Sales Team (DST) or direct market sourcing is mandatory. - Exposure to Affordable Housing Loans is mandatory. **Technical / Functional Knowledge** - Housing Loan and Mortgage Loan products. - Affordable Housing Finance. - Loan documentation and application processing. - Customer acquisition and direct sourcing mechanisms. - Field sales and business development. **Additional Requirements** - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer relationship management abilities. - Ability to work in field sales and achieve assigned targets. - Proper relieving letter from previous employment required.
