1. Generate business leads for Loan Against Property (LAP) and MSME secured loans through direct market sourcing and field activities. 2. Acquire new customers and achieve assigned business acquisition targets. 3. Identify prospective customers requiring secured business loans. 4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, business owners and local market networks. 5. Understand MSME/LAP products, eligibility criteria, documentation and sourcing mechanisms. 6. Collect and verify customer information and required loan documents. 7. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement. 8. Explain loan products, terms and documentation requirements to prospective customers. 9. Maintain accurate records of sourced applications and customer interactions. 10. Conduct loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits. 11. Maintain credit discipline and support portfolio quality. 12. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

**Educational Qualification** - Graduation in any discipline is mandatory. **Experience** - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in MSME Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP) or secured business lending. - Experience in Direct Sales Team (DST) or direct market sourcing is mandatory. - Exposure to Affordable LAP / Affordable MSME secured lending is mandatory. **Functional Knowledge** - Loan Against Property and MSME loan products. - Affordable MSME and secured business lending. - Loan documentation and application processing. - Direct market sourcing and customer acquisition. - Field sales and business development. **Additional Requirements** - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer relationship management abilities. - Ability to work in field sales and achieve assigned targets. - Proper relieving letter from previous employment required.
