Candidate information is collected for recruitment purposes only. Resumes, contact details, and assessment notes are handled with restricted access and are not shared beyond the hiring process without appropriate consent.
Employer briefs, compensation details, and confidential search mandates are treated as restricted information. White collar and leadership searches can be run under confidentiality where required.
Delivery is supported by structured workflows — brief classification, sourcing, assessment, shortlist presentation, and post-placement follow-up — so hiring outcomes remain traceable and accountable.
Candidates are assessed before reaching client shortlists. For grey and white collar roles, technical and role-fit evaluation is completed upstream so clients interview pre-qualified talent.
